A Taste Bud Tour of The World: Knoxville
Last night was the conclusion of Holly’s popular Taste Bud Tour of the World dinner series. Over the course of 2015, Holly along with sous chef Anna Bogle presented guests 5 course dinners inspired by cities around the globe that they love. From exotic places like Kyoto, Japan, Bologna, Italy, and Munich, Germany it was fitting that the last dinner be in celebration of her hometown, Knoxville. From the start with an amuse of celery and pimento cheese on cracker, locals knew the flavors would be both familiar, and uniquely Holly. Here’s a glimpse of the evening.
